Our first gradings of this year took place on March 2nd & 3rd .  First up it was the Junior Classes from Barking, Hornchurch and Rainham.

Who showed all the skills they had learnt in the build up to the grading.  Then on the 3rd it was time for the snrs to show of their skills with another

great grading.  Congratulations too every one who took part, another step on the journey to the coveted black belt.
